Out of Respect for Corona Virus and the Health of our Customers:
This summer as we are picking produce we will follow the guidelines set forth by:
MOSA, Midwest Organic Services Association, and the Organic Extension at the University of Wisconsin and University of Minnesota, and
FairShare CSA Coalition to identify risks on our farm and use the suggested practices to reduce those risks.

- Physical distancing - maintain at least 6 feet between all staff, volunteers and visitors
- Don’t work if you are sick - Know the symptoms like fever, cough, body aches, shortness of breath (see CDC) and do not come to the farm if you have any of these symptoms
- Hand washing - Wash your hands before work and often while you work for at least 20 seconds.
- Use good personal hygiene - sneeze into a tissue - cover your cough, and wash your hands after sneezing or coughing.
- Clean and sanitize - the high-touch areas on the farm including tools and surfaces at least daily to minimize the spread via surfaces.

Holistic Herbal Consultations with Rachel Simone Nudd

My purpose is to help you receive messages from Spirit, Divine Love, and your inner guidance so you can truly experience Life in the Fullest Sense.
I like to give you guideposts along your journey, and you need to be willing to do your own work. You can cleanse your energy, forgive others, release resentments, contracts, deeds, and limiting beliefs to experience Lightness of Being. The forces of Nature are Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Wood, and Metal will be there to support you!
This can include plant and animal allies, as well as helpful, loving ancestors. To receive the full extent of this work please schedule a Go Deep! Energy Cleanse & Alignment Session. These are available on a very limited basis on the farm, in our yurt healing space. I practice Clean Needle Technique, a mask must be worn, and one person is treated per week.
